We are seeking an experienced Loan Processor who can work independently gathering information, preparing and assembling loan documents, and ensuring a complete and accurate loan packet for commercial, agricultural, real-estate short-term balloon, and consumer loan closings. Maintaining Real Estate Loan Escrow accounts and completing annual escrow analysis preparation, including releasing and making tax payments is included, along with serving as back-up to other loan functions such as maintaining certificates of insurance on collateral, handling loan servicing inquiries, customer service activities, etc. Full-line of benefits is available.
