Senior Accountant & Analyst

Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held, global manufacturing organization headquartered in Cary, Illinois. We design and produce high-performance magnetic components used across diverse industries - including telecommunications, computing, automotive, broadband communications, and consumer electronics.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant & Analyst to join our corporate accounting team and contribute to the financial strength of our worldwide operations.

Position Overview

Based at Coilcraft's global headquarters, this role reports directly to the Director of Accounting and provides broad exposure to both domestic and international operations. You'll play a key role in consolidations and analysis, working closely with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and consolidate global financial statements.
  • Analyze financial results of international subsidiaries.
  • Support foreign tax, audit, and legal matters as they arise.
  • Assist in the global year-end audit process with both domestic and international teams.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain global internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects that support broader organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP; familiarity with IFRS a plus.
  • Experience with multi-entity or multinational operations preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international).
