Are you passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences? Embassy Suites Rockford is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead our wedding and social event sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the wedding industry who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional events.

What You'll Do:

Drive catering revenue with a primary focus on weddings and social events

Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain a strong booking pipeline

Lead client meetings and site tours, crafting personalized proposals that wow

Collaborate with our Director of Sales and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution

Represent Embassy Suites at bridal shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities

Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional materials

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in event or wedding sales (hotel experience preferred)

A proven ability to build relationships and close sales

Strong organizational and communication skills

Flexibility with scheduling; typically working Tuesday-Saturday

Valid driver's license and insurability for occasional travel
