Welding Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and occasionally TIG welding according to instructions and following safety guidelines
- Weld tanks according to the industry’s needs; ensure tanks are leak proof and pressure tested
- Check to make sure the holds are in proper place
- Read blueprints for accurate procedures
- Perform precision smoothing, polishing or grinding of stainless steel objects
