Automotive BDC Consultant – Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
The Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Consultant is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, setting service and sales appointments, and providing exceptional customer support. This role plays a key part in building strong customer relationships and driving dealership growth.

Answer inbound calls, online inquiries, and messages in a professional and timely manner

Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, service reminders, and appointment confirmations

Schedule and manage sales and service appointments

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system

Provide product and service information to customers

Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences

Meet daily and monthly performance goals

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or dealership experience preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced dealership environment

Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus
