Overview
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Morton location.
Responsibilities
- Review & finalize delivery routes daily
- Bank reconciliation via SAP daily
- Posting payments daily
- Over/Short – reconciliation
- No payment – reconciliation
- AR Trend Analysis review
- Assisting in dispute management
- Supplier request/supplier refunds
- Cultural & Inclusion team
- Location communication board
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 – $68,050.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience providing administrative support.
- Strong computer skills in Office – excel specific.
- Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
- Lifting of 50+ pounds daily
