Job Description
Sr. ET Infrastructure Program Managers with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Work with and drive information technology and ET infrastructure stakeholders to successfully complete highly visible initiatives and programs at Rivian’s locations. Communicate and bring together the infrastructure subject matter experts to document and verify a clear scope of work. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create an infrastructure project plan with critical path milestones for deliverables and align this plan with the plans of business and vendor stakeholders. Ensure all requirements are captured accurately for infrastructure subject matter experts and align the infrastructure subject matter experts with business stakeholders and vendors. Establish KPIs for the project, program with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and infrastructure sponsors. Provide updates on the infrastructure portions of projects and programs to subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and infrastructure sponsors via the KPIs for the project, program, and the ET Infrastructure PBO via predefined KPIs. Communicate to the leaders of subject matter experts and stakeholders when needed to ensure project delivery is successful and within budget. Deliver the Infrastructure portions of the projects/programs on time and within budget. Track the project budget allocated, spent (with timing), and available in real-time. Work with your management as needed for resolving budget issues. Align with all Infrastructure operations teams at the close of the project to takeover the day-to-day operations. Manage technical dependencies between cross functional teams involving Network, Manufacturing Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineers, Cybersecurity, AWS, Cloud etc., Contribute to the technical design of Infrastructure solutions, Oversee technical implementation of AWS Cloud solutions and Data Centre Operations. Provide technical solutions to cross functional software solutions with a good understanding of Databases like Oracle and MySQL.
RQMTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in any occupation as a Project Manager or closely related. Experience must include Project Management with waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Iterative methodologies; Rally, TDP, Java APIs, Node.JS, AngularJS, SharePoint, VBScript, ASP, Advanced Excel, Java-J2EE (Java, JBoss, Automation viz. Cucumber, HP QC/ALM); Mainframe (COBOL, IMS, DB, DB2, Teradata, JCL, UNIX, Changeman), CMMI Level 5, QA & Audit, ITUP, Prism, SharePoint. Salary Range: $118,000-$119,000/yr.
