DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Account Manager at Sinch , you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. Your primary focus will be to drive account growth, ensure long-term client satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service that aligns with client goals and business objectives.
In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of strategic account plans, identifying new opportunities for expansion while ensuring delivery of tailored, value-driven solutions. By building strong, consultative relationships and staying attuned to industry trends and client priorities, you'll position Sinch as a proactive, forward-thinking partner. You will also monitor account performance closely, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: A focused approach to managing high-value client relationships by aligning with their long-term goals, creating tailored solutions, and driving mutual growth and success. This skill emphasizes building trust, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring sustained client satisfaction.
- Opportunity & Pipeline Management - The process of identifying, organizing, and tracking sales opportunities within the pipeline to prioritize efforts, forecast revenue, and ensure a consistent flow of deals toward closure. This skill focuses on efficiency and maximizing outcomes from available opportunities.
- Value Proposition - Effectively communicating the value and benefits of the solution to the client, ensuring alignment with their needs and securing buy-in.
- Prospecting Effectiveness - Prospecting Effectiveness involves utilizing various methods and tools to effectively identify, engage, and convert potential prospects into leads. It includes asking for referrals, creating compelling prospecting messages, leveraging social media, and educating prospects.
- Negotiation Skills - Engaging in negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, balancing client satisfaction with organizational goals
- Market & Vertical Intelligence - In-depth understanding of the market, including key players, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. This knowledge helps identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years a master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving account growth.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan and are based on performance.
