What You’ll Do
As a leader of our accounting team, you’ll play a critical role in high-impact work.
- Serve as a financial expert for company leaders on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investment
- Lead the accounting team through full business cycles, such as month-end close, budget and forecast updates, or the annual audit.
- Own cash reconciliation and reporting, including daily balancing, long-term forecasts, and weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare and review high-level financial statements and reports
- Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Accounting teammates
- Shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business
Who You Are
We are seeking bright, curious, and ambitious individuals eager to make an impact. Ideal candidates have:
- CPA license
- 10+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting
- Subject matter expertise in accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex or ambiguous data
- Experience leading full accounting cycles
- Demonstrated ability to develop teammates
- Experience with SQL preferred

Total cash compensation generally starts at $231,000 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
