The Associate Business Development Manager partners with Business Development Managers to drive global growth by executing go-to-market strategies. They work with internal and external stakeholders to refine market propositions, support business and product launch plans, and create targeted messaging for key customer segments. They track performance, analyze metrics, and recommend adjustments to optimize strategy and growth.
What You Will Do

Market Research & Value Insights:
- Leverage customer insights to identify market trends and competitive gaps.
- Share key customer feedback and competitive analysis to inform strategy.

Market Strategy Development:
- Gather data to support segmentation and market targeting.

Marketing Strategy & Value Proposition:
- Drive success of value propositions through compelling messaging, content, and marketing initiatives for both sales and customers.

Execution & Value Delivery:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to specific markets and regions.
- Advocate for product solutions based on feedback and activation insights.
- Collaborate with marketing to design impactful promotions that boost channel partner revenue

Offering Lifecycle & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Communicate strategy and value propositions across teams.
- Work with marketing to define and track key objectives and metrics.
- Measure strategy effectiveness and ensure alignment across the go-to-market ecosystem.
- Support channel partners with messaging, collateral, and direct engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 1-3 years in related role.
- Skills: Technically proficient and quick to learn new digital tools and platforms.
