Job Description
Manage network infrastructure by installing, configuring, and supporting network hardware, software, and services including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. Ensure high availability and security across all systems. Monitor daily network and system performance, utilizing diagnostic tools and logs to identify performance bottlenecks, anomalies, or potential failures before they impact operations. Implement and maintain enterprise-grade security protocols including firewall rule sets, antivirus platforms, and access control mechanisms. Troubleshoot complex connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software conflicts across Windows, and Apple environments to minimize downtime. Configure and manage enterprise servers and workstations, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers, ensuring proper user access control and system integrity. Administer system upgrades, patching, and firmware updates using tools such as SCCM and Intune, ensuring that all network devices and endpoints remain secure and up-to-date. Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions using platforms like VEEM and Symantec, ensuring data integrity and continuity of operations in case of system failure. Maintain technical notes and operational records to support troubleshooting and system consistency.
