Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team. This leadership role is critical in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee daily sales department operations to ensure efficient, customer-focused processes.

• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales, profitability, and market share.

• Manage vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising in collaboration with dealership leadership.

• Monitor key performance indicators, including sales volume, closing ratios, gross profit, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Support deal structuring, financing options, and trade-in evaluations as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department leaders to meet dealership-wide objectives.

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management or comparable leadership experience in a dealership setting.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.

• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge of automotive retail operations, CRM systems, and finance processes.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
