Job Description
Automotive Sales ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team. This leadership role is critical in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee daily sales department operations to ensure efficient, customer-focused processes.

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales, profitability, and market share.

Manage vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising in collaboration with dealership leadership.

Monitor key performance indicators, including sales volume, closing ratios, gross profit, and customer satisfaction scores.

Support deal structuring, financing options, and trade-in evaluations as needed.

Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department leaders to meet dealership-wide objectives.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management or comparable leadership experience in a dealership setting.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

In-depth knowledge of automotive retail operations, CRM systems, and finance processes.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
