Job Description
Car Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.

Maintain daily knowledge of used vehicle inventory, including features, condition, pricing, and warranty coverage.

Stay informed on vehicle specifications, available warranties, and manufacturer programs across various makes and models.

Follow up promptly on sales leads from multiple sources to maximize conversion opportunities.

Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and department sales goals.

Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend vehicles that best match their preferences and budget.

Guide customers through the purchasing process and assist in closing vehicle sales.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor and showroom.

Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.

Stay current on product knowledge, dealership offerings, and automotive industry trends.

Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions and required documentation.
