Job Description
Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects using cutting edge technologies. Coordinate communications within areas of the enterprise regarding IT projects, including aspects impacting the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments. Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers/clientele. Track the work progress of resources assigned to the project team for specific task assignments. Monitor project deliverables and timelines. Aid in creation of agendas and preparation of materials for meetings. Develop project reports and other deliverables as assigned by senior management. Drive estimation, work project breakdown and resource allocation. Responsible for project coordination, developing project plans, status reporting and issue escalation. Build staffing plans, interview, assess technical talent, and hire qualified software professionals. Ensures that project teams, customers, business partners and other stakeholders receive accurate and timely system information through formal and informal channels. Provide supervision and leadership to 3 Software Engineers. Experience must include utilizing: MS Azure, DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, SQL Server, Power BI, SolarWinds, Confluence, SharePoint, Postman.
