Digital Print Operator – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)

📍 Morton Grove, IL
💲 $19–$25/hour (based on experience)
🕒 3rd Shift

A stable and growing company in the Morton Grove area is seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. Candidates must have hands-on experience with four-color digital printing.

Key Responsibilities:

•Set up and operate digital printing equipment

•Run jobs using TruScreen, Konica, or Canon digital presses

•Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions

•Perform quality checks on printed materials

•Troubleshoot print and equipment issues

•Clean print heads and adjust rollers as needed

•Assist with routine press maintenance

•Obtain paper, ink, and other production supplies

•Operate forklift or pallet jack to move paper rolls

•Use Fiery Command Station or similar workflow software

Requirements:

•Recent digital printing experience required

•Strong knowledge of four-color printing processes

•Experience with Fiery Command Station or similar RIP/workflow systems

•Ability to work independently on 3rd shift

•Industry experience is required
