We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our lively team as an Entry Level Account Manager.

The Entry Level Account Manager position will directly collaborate with customers, assisting in brand development campaigns, implementing creative sales strategies, and providing an exceptional and professional customer service experience. The Entry Level Account Manager will gain hands-on experience in sales, management, team building and customer relations, while working with a collaborative, lively team, to drive the business growth.

The responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Engage in interactions face to face with customers based on mutual trust, developing long-lasting relationships, and ensuring brand loyalty.
  • Inform customers about the latest deals on pricing, products, and services that best fit their needs, identifying opportunities to drive sales.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge about the company's sales procedures, including qualifying leads, prospecting, making client presentations and closing deals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends, identifying the opportunities to upsell our services and products to customers, elevating their experience and the company's revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments and cross-train with other Entry Level Account Managers for exposure to other markets and business functions, enhancing your understanding of company operations.
  • Provide support to the sales team by ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices, developing relationships with other Entry Level Account Managers based on mutual success.
  • Track individual and team sales performance, developing new sales strategies as needed.

The qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, such as sales, customer service, and leading a team.
  • effective and strong communicator, and you have active listening skills.
  • Problem solver, maintaining a calm and positive attitude through challenges, and can make informed and timely decisions.
  • People person, you interact well with others and know how to collaborate in a team setting, creating a positive and productive work environment with other Entry Level Account Managers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines.
  • Set sales goals and exceed expectations, meeting weekly and monthly goals.
