Job Description
Position Summary
The Finishing & Packaging Technician plays a key role in the final stage of our manufacturing process. This hands-on position assists the General Manager in processing metal components of varying sizes, ensuring all parts meet quality standards before shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of sealed metal components to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
- Clean finished parts using air hoses to ensure all components are free of debris and residue
- Package finished parts safely and accurately for shipment
- Stamp parts when required based on customer requests
- Handle metal components of various sizes and weights
- Assist with general production and finishing tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for the full shift
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Prior manufacturing or finishing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation

Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a shop-floor environment. Candidates must be comfortable working around machinery, compressed air, and metal components while adhering to safety standards.
