Job Description
We are seeking an Inbound Business Development Representative to support our sales team by handling inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, conducting structured discovery conversations, and preparing sales materials. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in Bitcoin mining, energy infrastructure, and digital asset technology sales. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Bitcoin, tech-savvy, and motivated to develop professionally.
Responsibilities
ÃÂ
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through website forms, emails, social channels, incoming phone calls, industry events, and partner referrals.
ÃÂ
- Qualify prospects for hosting or hardware needs, focusing on budget, timelines, power requirements, technical readiness, mining experience, etc.
ÃÂ
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer use cases, including hosting, colocation, hardware purchases, and other.
ÃÂ
- Conduct outreach to inbound prospects via email, calls, text, and social platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram) as part of timely follow-up â not cold outreach.
ÃÂ
- Educate prospects on the basics of Bitcoin mining, hosting options, operational requirements, and energy considerations.
ÃÂ
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records with detailed notes and qualification criteria.
ÃÂ
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive to hand off high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
ÃÂ
- Track lead quality trends and provide recommendations to improve marketing and sales processes.
ÃÂ
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness across all communication channels.
ÃÂ
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts using HubSpot CRM and PandaDoc.
ÃÂ
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead qualification, discovery call completion, and opportunity creation.
Preferred Attributes/Qualifications
ÃÂ
- Personal interest in Bitcoin mining or previous experience as a miner is a plus.
ÃÂ
- Tech-savvy, curious, and able to learn hardware, hosting, and power-related concepts quickly.
ÃÂ
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
ÃÂ
- Local candidates preferred; remote considered only if local recruiting proves challenging.

- 1-2 years in sales, business development
ÃÂ
- BachelorâÂÂs Degree in Business, marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
