Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Territory Sales Manager in Albuquerque, NM.

This is a Direct-Hire opportunity

As a Remote Territory Sales Manager you will:
  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the industrial supply market in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective outside sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and visits to potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Remote Territory Sales Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
    • Industrial Outside Sales
    • Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications (pipes, valves, fittings, vacuum pumps and instrumentation)
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications (pipes, valves, fittings, and instrumentation)
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with some experience in a leadership or management role.
This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Pay Range
  • $45K - $65K DOE plus up to $35K commission
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
