Skill level II workers are needed to plant pumpkins, pick, clean, grade, sort, pack and load apples and pumpkins and thin apples by hand, do fence and trellis repair and other orchard maintenance. May plant, graft, cut down, fertilize, spray, and prune trees, work with tree and orchard irrigation and make repairs. Workers will scout orchard for insects and damage to plants, qnd determine first pick. Must be able to operate a 55 HP or larger tractor. Must be able to stand and walk long periods of time, use sharp instruments, able to do ladder work and lift 50lbs. 3 months experience in orchard work required.
