JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and monitoring of client-specific and internal compliance strategies under an attorney's supervision, ensuring all operational procedures and documentation meet applicable regulatory, legal, and policy standards. Collaborate with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders to review documentation, identify procedural vulnerabilities, and strengthen the organization's internal controls through structured audits, risk assessments, and reporting protocols. Specific duties include: Oversee the execution of client and internal compliance programs across departments under the supervision of an attorney; Review compliance documentation through: (i) selecting the appropriate questionnaire formats based on each client or operational profile; (ii) issuing and collecting completed questionnaires; (iii) analyzing submitted data for consistency, completeness, and procedural accuracy; (iv) requesting additional records or clarifications as needed; and (v) reviewing organizational charts, financial documents, contracts, and other supporting files. Prepare and deliver compliance review findings to clients or project stakeholders in written reports and through follow-up meetings; Coordinate with attorneys or senior staff to review identified risks, determine next steps, and implement strategy; Serve as a liaison between compliance staff, senior management, and external contacts; Monitor changes in internal policies, legal standards, and procedural regulations, and initiate necessary updates Conduct internal audits and document review sessions to assess conformance with firm protocols; Participate in formal risk assessments, assist with vulnerability remediation plans, and document compliance status; Maintain compliance manuals, templates, and standardized tools for case or file review; Prepare periodic compliance reports and summaries for management review; Contribute to or lead internal training sessions and workflow briefings for new or updated compliance practices; and Support client onboarding and file preparation by reviewing submitted materials, such as organizational charts, personnel files, agreements and contracts, financial summaries, educational or licensing credentials, and employment or experience letters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Law or a closely related field and two (2) years of progressive, full-time experience in regulatory, administrative, or compliance-focused roles.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have experience in the following: (1) Supporting or implementing compliance programs and internal controls in a structured legal or administrative setting; (2) Reviewing documentation such as contracts, tax or financial reports, and internal records for consistency with procedural standards; (3) Assisting in audit preparation, file review, or risk identification processes;(4) Communicating policy expectations, documentation requirements, and procedural next steps to stakeholders; (5) Monitoring legal or policy updates and coordinating internal adjustments to workflows; (6) Preparing training documents, compliance reports, and internal reference materials; (7) Participating in procedural briefings, workshops, or staff development initiatives related to compliance; and (8) Handling sensitive documentation and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy across regulated operations.
