Retail Graphic DesignerOverview of the Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create and execute design solutions for in-store and print channels, delivering a cohesive and elevated brand experience at scale. This role involves collaborating with designers, production teams, writers, photographers, and stylists, as well as cross-functional partners in merchandising and marketing. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with production expertise, ensuring brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.
The Basics
- Duration: 5+ months
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in graphic design, within retail or beauty environments
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout hierarchy, and brand design across in-store and print channels
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience designing for large-scale retail environments (signage, displays, in-store assets)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strategic and creative mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Apply brand identity consistently across all in-store and print touchpoints
- Design visually impactful assets for retail environments, ensuring brand integrity
- Work within established design systems to create seamless omni-channel experiences
- Build press-ready files accurately and efficiently under tight timelines
- Collaborate with creative teams and cross-functional partners to maintain campaign cohesion
- Provide clear direction for studio production and styling teams
- Balance multiple projects and prioritize deliverables to meet deadlines
- Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining high-quality design standards
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
