Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time, year-round position.

Install, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial garage doors and door-opening systems. Duties include diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical issues, replacing or

adjusting parts such as tracks, rollers, springs, cables, and openers, and performing preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications. Responsible for reading work

orders, verifying measurements, cutting or trimming door sections as needed, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards. Use hand and power tools safely,

maintain a clean jobsite and service vehicle inventory, and complete digital work orders and customer acknowledgments. Position requires daily local travel to customer sites within the

normal commuting area.

High School diploma or GED. No prior experience or specialized training is required.

Must hold a valid state-issued driver’s license authorizing operation of a standard company vehicle for daily local travel between customer worksites.
