Job Description
Construction Project Manager - Willowbrook, IL. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Lead, manage, and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project status and portfolio performance through weekly status reports and real-time dashboards. Continuously track project progress to ensure on-time delivery, addressing any deviations to keep projects aligned with objectives. Monitor project expenditures and ensure that the project stays within budget, identifying and mitigating financial risks as necessary. Identify key project dependencies, prioritize conflicts, and address resource constraints. Oversee the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Identify potential blockers or risks and work with the team to remove obstacles quickly, ensuring the project stays on track. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the timely resolution of issues as they arise. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, for accurate record-keeping and accountability. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Other similar professional responsibilities as assigned. M-F; 40 hrs/week. $143,291.00/annum.
