Job Description

The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing and/or coordinating preparation of full estimates on large and complex work. This would include providing complete conceptual and final estimating input on complex construction management work or complete total bid price for general contracting work. Heavy involvement with owners, architects/engineers and contractors is required to resolve technical matters during negotiation and contract execution.
