Progressive Solutions LLC, located in 186-A North Palestine Road, Natchez, MS 39120, has 42 full time temporary job openings for Brush Clearers starting 3/23/2026 and ending approximately 9/30/2026. No experience necessary, no minimum education required; applicant must be 18 yrs of age and complete company application. Progressive Solutions maintains a drug free workplace & workers may be subject to post- employment drug testing as required by government contracts. Work consists of using backpacks to apply herbicides and using other tools to control vegetation in rights of way, rangeland, wildlife areas, industrial sites, and other areas. After 3 wks of training, trainee must be able to identify plants, follow established procedures, & properly apply herbicide mixtures at a minimum of 20 gal. per day. Job requires physical stamina to walk 10 miles/day over rough terrain, carrying 35lbs of equipment, in adverse conditions (hot weather, poisonous plants, insects, and snakes). Work will be done on tracts of land varying in size from less than an acre to 1,000s of acres. All equipment provided by employer at no cost to the worker.
