What You’ll Do
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners and property managers through the process of assessing, repairing, or replacing their roofs.
- Generate and Manage Leads: Actively generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform thorough roof inspections to identify damage and document findings (training provided).
- Consult and Educate: Meet with clients to discuss their roofing needs, present tailored solutions, and explain product options and the insurance claims process.
- Close Sales: Create accurate estimates, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the sales cycle from the initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain Records: Utilize our CRM system (e.g., Roof) to track leads, manage your pipeline, and report on sales performance.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proven experience in sales (roofing, construction, or home improvement industry preferred, but not required).
- Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated personality with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
