Duties:
- Install solar panels on residential rooftops
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar panel systems
- Mount and secure solar panels to roofs using appropriate tools and equipment
- Install and connect solar inverters, batteries, and other system components
- Conduct quality checks to ensure proper installation and functionality of solar systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights
Experience:
- Previous experience in solar installation or related field preferred
- Familiarity with building, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to safely operate a forklift for material handling
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction tasks
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations for solar installation
Note: Training will be provided for candidates with transferable skills and a strong work ethic.
