Driving farm trucks and forage trailers to and from fields, driving alongside harvesting equipment in field to get loaded, return to farm, weigh forage on scale and unload in storage area. Operating skid steers in fields, picking stones with rock buckets and spread fertilizer on fields. Pressure washing equipment, miscellaneous yard work, cleaning of shop, other duties as directed. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. No commercial truck driving is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
