Job Description
Our national association client is looking for an Full-Time Membership Marketing Manager to join their team.
The role is HYBRID ONSITE Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in their downtown Chicago office.
The Membership Marketing Manager will act as the hub between analytics, creative and campaign operations for membership campaigns with the goal of converting new members. The ideal candidate would have 7+ years of experience developing and managing marketing campaigns optimized for conversions, ideally direct mail, email and digital paid ads.
Requirements for the Membership Marketing Manager:
-Highly analytically driven; ability to analyze performances for optimization via dashboards alongside analytics team
-Strong performance marketing experience ; drive conversions for membership or subscriptions
-Exposure to B2C campaigns, lead generating programs and email journeys
Software required:
-Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Asana a plus
-Knowledge of Google Analytics, PowerBI
Responsibilities of the Memberships Marketing Manager:
Strategy & Execution (60%), Campaigns Development (20%), Performance Measurement (20%)
-Developing integrated marketing strategies and messaging
-Ensuring alignment with target market interests to drive new member growth
-Using A/B tests and data-driven insights
-Ensuring the optimization of marketing campaigns' segmentation, reach, engagement, and conversion
-Overseeing audience behaviors, campaign effectiveness and and implementing best practice standards
