Job Description

Radar-Sat INC seeks a Customer Service and Sales Representative with knowledge in Polish Language to work in Chicago, IL. Associate`s degree in General Education from Poland, a min 12 months exp as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, Sales agent or related, Fluency in Polish (spoken and written); should be skilled in managing and creating content for social media in Polish. The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for providing specialized customer support in Polish and English, including communication with Polish-speaking clients who subscribe to Polish television channels and related services; selling, activating, and managing subscription services, including Sling, Boost Mobile, and DISH, tailored specifically for Polish-speaking clientele; assisting customers with technical setup, troubleshooting, and configuration of devices (set-top boxes, mobile devices, streaming equipment) required to access services; maintaining detailed client records, billing information, and service history; developing and managing company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) in Polish, ensuring culturally and linguistically accurate content; occasionally traveling to client locations to perform on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting that requires specialized knowledge of Sling, Boost, and DISH systems, providing guidance and training to clients in Polish, explaining system limitations, updates, and subscription options, identifying and resolving issues specific to Polish-language content and integration with Sling, Boost Mobile, and DISH systems. Continuous professional involvement is also expected.

Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) needed for customer support (phone calls, texts, letters, instructions, etc). Ability to manage and create content for social media in Polish and ability to provide on-site technical support at client locations, proficiency with office software and computer systems (email, MS Office, CRM systems) is required.
