A large retail company is looking for a talented Director to lead their SEM and Retail Performance function – the highest-spend performance channel in the organization. This is a newly elevated role reporting to the Sr. Director of Dealership Marketing, with oversight of both RV dealership lead generation and eCommerce SEM. You’ll have real ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape how SEM and retail performance scale across 195+ dealerships and a growing eCommerce business. The Salary expectation for this role is $160k-$200k.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

· $50-80M+ annual paid search budget across lead gen (195+ RV dealerships) and eCommerce

· Team of 5-8 direct reports (coordinators, specialists, etc)

· Strategic roadmap for SEM and retail performance, including storytelling and executive communication

· Partnership with executive leadership – this is a high-visibility role with regular readouts to the CMO

Skills and Requirements

· Director-level experience in SEM/Paid Search

· Background at a larger agency supporting multiple enterprise clients OR in-house at a major brand

· Lead gen AND eCommerce experience specifically

· Strategic thinker who can communicate to execs – not just hands-on execution (though you should be able to do it)

· Confidence, presence, and ability to scale

· Platforms: SA360, CM360, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads

· Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, high-visibility. This team moves quickly – price drops on 20K units can trigger same-day campaign changes.
