Robotic Welding Programmer Responsibilities:
- Programs, optimizes, and maintains robotic welding systems for stainless steel tank components, including shells, heads, nozzles, and attachments
- Develops and adjusts weld paths, parameters, and sequences to meet ASME, sanitary, and customer quality requirements for stainless steel fabrication
- Collaborates with engineering, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot weld defects, improve cycle times, and ensure repeatable weld quality
- Sets up fixtures, performs robot teach‑ins, and supports new product introductions and design changes on the shop floor
- Conducts routine testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities to enhance weld performance, reduce rework, and improve safety
