Job Description
Responsibilities: Detailed Responsibilities:
- Supports the CEO in the daily operations of the organization to ensure optimal delivery of program services for all individuals served by the Center
- Assists CEO and Accounting Manager with planning and implementing grant programs, preparing budgets, monitoring program expenditure, tracking results, and analyzing financial data, annual audit
- Assists with Board Support/Reporting including monthly meetings, by-laws, contracts, strategic planning
- Assists with serving as agency liaison with public agencies, private agencies, and governmental entities
- Assists with fundraising events including donor cultivation, prospect research
- Provides direction and guidance to program supervisors, meeting weekly for supervision
- Works with program supervisors in the development of goals and objectives specific to the program’s delivery and monitoring
- Assists in the monitoring, tracking, benchmark and outcome data to improve delivery of services and to establish overall effectiveness of programs
- Assist with ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, contractual and accreditation bodies related to programs
- Cultivates working relationships with community service agencies and funding entities.
- Informs the CEO of all material issues affecting the agency, acts as a spokesperson for the agency, and represents the Executive Director at assigned activities, meetings and community forums.
- Provides monthly report to the CEO that is reflective of each program’s activities in addition to other written reports that may be requested or required
- Analyzes current service delivery processes and recommend improvements
- Assists in the screening, recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and evaluation of all program service staff
- Assists with facilitating internal/external training and staff development for all program service staff
- Regularly reviews and recommends changes in program services ensuring adherence to the principles of good clinical and program practices · Oversees Utilization Review of program files and perform internal audits to maintain documentation of said compliance and enhanced delivery of services
- Assists in the annual review of program curriculum and makes recommendations for appropriate curriculum materials participate
· Other related duties as may be requested by the CEO or the Board of Directors
