Who are we looking for?We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Setup Production Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.
You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
What will you be doing?- Operate production equipment: Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters: Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other key indicators to ensure stable and efficient production.
- Perform in-process checks: Take samples, conduct basic quality tests, and report any deviations or abnormalities.
- Handle raw materials and products: Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and order: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety protocols: Use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance: Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams.
