Director of Project Management at Beeline Group, LLC at 1301 Landmeier Road, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.

Job duties: 

• 20% Oversee and optimize project development and integration strategies, and establish best practices for quoting and cost analysis.
• 20% Lead the implementation of quality control strategies, ensuring efficient processes and continuous improvement. Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for product lifecycle management.
• 20% Manage logistics strategies for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including managing relationships with carriers and warehouses to streamline shipment processes.
• 15% Oversee strategy for inventory and supply chain management, including optimizing the use of Oracle for real-time tracking and reporting.
• 15% Manage and enhance data reporting and analytics for all projects. Implement advanced tracking tools and dashboards to ensure on-time deliveries and performance insights.
• 10% Oversee the optimization of the bills of lading and airway bills systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in shipment processes. Implement improvements to minimize errors and enhance logistics operations.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical engineering, a related field or foreign equivalent, followed by 3 years  of experience as a Project Engineer, or equivalent role. Experience must include:

• 3 years of experience coordinating with cross-function teams to develop production process including project timelines, cost quotes, and deliverables;
• 3 years of experience executing strategic project plans, including designing shipment logistics program, product process quality controls, and inventory management systems in the retail merchandising fixtures and packaging industry;
• 3 years of experience implementing project management methodologies to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, using Agile and Waterfall;
• 3 years of experience developing risk management strategies in the industry, including component shortages and logistics delays;
• 3 years of experience conducting quality control checks, including defective displays

Domestic travel required 2 times per year to various unanticipated worksite locations for visits to client sites. International travel required 3 times per year for client meetings.

Salary: $130,624 - $140,624 per year
