Administer and manage OneTrust for website privacy and consent management

Configure, apply, and maintain privacy and consent rules across websites

Ensure privacy configurations align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Manage and optimize privacy tool implementations in a production environment

Collaborate closely with the tagging/analytics team to support compliant data collection

Support Tealium tag management, including:

Placement and management of analytics and marketing tags

Ensuring tags fire only when appropriate consent is provided

Troubleshoot privacy, consent, and tagging-related issues

Document configurations, processes, and changes as needed

Skills and Requirements

3+ year hands-on experience administering & troubelshooting OneTrust

Exposure to Computer Science (some sort of educational background is ideal or programming/CS experience; Data Engineering etc)

Strong understanding of website privacy and consent management rules

Experience managing privacy tools in live website environments

Working knowledge of Tealium or similar tag management systems

Understanding of analytics tags and data collection practices

Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Experience working with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics); if experience here, will be leveraged for Web Analytics – if there is someone with Adobe Analytics, even better)

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Prior experience supporting marketing or digital analytics teams
