Job Description
Position Summary
The Plumbing Instructor provides instruction on plumbing systems, fixtures, pipe-fitting methods, tools, safety, and building codes for residential/light commercial work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach NCCER-aligned plumbing modules including pipe systems, DWV, water distribution, fixtures, valves, fittings, soldering/brazing, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Demonstrate safe use of pipe cutters, torches, threading machines, and specialty tools.
- Conduct hands-on labs and evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain tools and training stations.
