Administrative Secretary (Mount Prospect, IL) 01 (One) Full-time open position
Organize and input data for client and employee files, prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. Manage and maintain Owner’s calendar. Schedule and take notes of meetings, coordinate and direct office services, such as records, finances, budget preparation. Provide administrative support, answer and direct phones calls to appropriate parties and take messages.
Position requirements:
HS Dip/GED Required
Two years experience in job offered, secretary or similarly related.
