Job Description

Zebra Technologies Corporation. Sales Incentive Plan Metrics Management: Collaborating with sales leadership to design and implement effective sales incentive metrics (rules, rollups, overlays, etc.) that align with business objectives and driving performance tracking through SIP technology stack. Ensuring clear communication of how sales performance based, incentive plans, are being tracked & managed via SIP tools / dashboards to the sales team, addressing any questions or concerns related to their SIP data. 2. Data Analytics and Reporting: Developing and managing reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness. Conducting detailed analyses of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Using data analytics to forecast sales performance and support strategic planning efforts. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making. 3. Global Coordination: Coordinating with regional sales operations teams to ensure consistent implementation of sales SIP operations processes across global regions. Serving as the primary point of contact for regional sales teams regarding Sales Incentive Plan operations and Data analytics. 3. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing SIP process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. Leveraging technology and tools to automate Sales data reporting and streamline sales operations processes. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to support sales initiatives and align operations with overall business strategy. Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams to ensure a cohesive approach to SIP & sales operations. 5. Training and Development: Providing training and support to sales & SIP Ops teams on tools, processes, and best practices for using data to drive sales performance. Developing documentation and training materials to support sales operations processes. 6. Performance Tracking and KPI Management: Defining and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales & SIP operations initiatives. Regularly reviewing and report on sales performance metrics to sales leadership. Salary: $177,936.00. Salary offered will vary within the range based on variety of factors. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology and Management, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or related and 8 years of experience required.
