Job Description
Conduct basic, routine maintenance of Swiss CNC machines (Citizen, Star, Nexturn). Set up machine
for a new job (load a program, make a bar loader changeover, install all the necessary tooling, optimize
program, produce 1-st piece article according to approved specifications). Conduct routine measurements of
production items to ensure accordance with specifications. Make dimensional adjustments based on routine
measurements. Review and tweak existing programs to achieve higher production efficiency. Maintain clean,
organized and safe workplace. Maintain and/or replace tooling to ensure good production performance. Submit
daily production lot travelers. Assist other team members with tasks requiring teamwork.
