Location: Greater Chicago Area – Flexible work options

Schedule: Must be available Tuesday – Saturday, and holidays. The Support role draws on a broad skill set to meet and exceed daily challenges. Key responsibilities include resolving daily tickets and tasks, proactively following up with internal and external personnel, and continuously expanding industry knowledge. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience with the technologies listed below, whether gained through self-teaching, a degree (BS or BA), or a boot camp. Required skills include (but not limited to):

+ XHTML

+ CSS

+ JavaScript

+ Translate mockup designs into HTML pages

Additional skills that are a plus:

+ MVC Framework (CodeIgniter experience a plus)

+ MySQL

+ LAMP development environment

+ Understanding of PHP (including Object Oriented Programming)

+ Version control (Git preferred)

+ Photoshop

+ Design experience

Other required skills:

+ Self-directed

+ Strong written and verbal communication

+ Ability to develop new and update existing code

+ Strong understanding of web standards and usability
