Job Description
Sr. Program Managers, Supplier Warranty with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Normal, IL. Track parts from service to the warranty return center to individual suppliers and from service to other Rivian partners to individual suppliers. Track parts directly from service to individual suppliers. Create, issue, and track Warranty Supplier Corrective Action Requests (WARSCAR). Collaborate with the Warranty Data Analysis team to identify suitable potential candidates for the Supplier Warranty Partnership Program. Collaborate with the Supplier Quality, Commercial, Engineering, and other Warranty and Reliability partners to select actionable cases from potential pools. Gather artifacts, parts, and data for Supplier Warranty Partnership Program events. Set up and document partnership events. Collect and store outputs from events and update transaction processing systems appropriately. Responsible for managing aspects of the Supplier Warranty Partnership Program and other related supplier recovery initiatives. Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas in an open and learning environment.
RQMTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in any occupation as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer, or closely related. Experience must include working with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma; utilizing 5 Why and Fish-Bone for root cause Analysis; working with PFMEA and Process control plan for new product introduction; utilizing SAP for inventory management and material flow; and utilizing data analysis and visualization tools SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to track parts, analyze trends, and support decision-making for supplier recovery initiatives. Salary Range: $111,000-$148,000/yr.
