Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Campaign Producer) to plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery across email, sms, and push. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with an understanding of marketing strategy and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Develop and optimize customer journeys, ensuring seamless and targeted communication flows
- Apply dynamic content, AMPscript, and personalization techniques to enhance engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to delivery, data, or personalization
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of experience in digital publishing, content management, campaign execution or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with SDL Tridion, Contentstack, or other publishing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web publishing concepts
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
