Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
* Entry-level to 2 years of mechanical design experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
* Experience with 3D CAD software (Fusion, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar)
* Ability to read and create engineering drawings (basic GD&T knowledge)
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment
* Experience or coursework related to engineer-to-order or custom equipment design
* Familiarity with fabrication processes (machining, sheet metal, welding)
* Exposure to ERP/PLM systems and revision control
* Hands-on shop or assembly experience
