- Set up, operate, and monitor pouch line machinery to ensure proper packaging, including calibrating temperature, sealing, and cutting settings at the start of the shift.
- Control machine speed and load for efficient production; perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure all packaging is correctly labeled in compliance with company standards.
- Overtime is mandatory per business needs – including weekends.
- At least one year of machine operator experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and twisting
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays per business need
