Location: Union, IL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

The Tools for the Trade
You've worked in production, or you're quick to learn
Lift and stack safely - (up to) 50 lbs
Bring focus, pride, and a solid work ethic
Stand, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Work in a wet, warm environment with exposure to heat and steam

What You'll Do on the Line
Perform entry-level production tasks such as opening cans and adding ingredients to kettles.
Fill jars, apply caps, and package finished products.
Rotate between different tasks throughout the shift (not repetitive all day).
Assist with cleaning, trash removal, and staging raw materials.
Support production lines and team operations.
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
