As a 2nd Shift Line Lead, you will:

• Support the supervisor with daily production plans, line setup, teardown, and workflow
• Help ensure finished products meet quality and food safety standards
• Assist with labor planning, line adjustments, inventory, cycle counts, and production documentation
• Train and support team members while maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Use Excel, PackManager, and a company-issued tablet for attendance, production tracking, and reporting

Monday through Friday, 1:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required. Flexibility for alternate shift coverage may also be needed.

$18.50 per hour

• 1 or more years of Line Lead experience
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills required for training, communication, and team support — include only if truly required

• Stand for most of the shift and lift up to 30 pounds
• Walk and move quickly along production lines
• Bend, stoop, reach, and stretch throughout the shift
