Heavy Trailer Truck Driver
(Huntley, IL) – Full Time
Drive tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Drive nationally across the US. Driving Hours: Up to 11 hours per day. On-Duty (Not Driving): Up to 3 hours per day (includes loading/unloading, vehicle inspection, paperwork, etc.) Off-Duty (Rest): Minimum 10 consecutive hours off-duty before starting a new shift. Typically drive 5-6 days per week, depending on dispatch and delivery schedules. Travel across the United States with sometimes overnight stays required. $46,405.00 per year. High School or GED. Must have CDL - commercial driver's license or be able to obtain one within 90 days of hire with the support of the employer. Background check required to be conducted by commercially available third-party background check company. Travel across the United States with sometimes overnight stays required.
