Job Description
Manage and monitor the maintenance of facilities to ensure safety, security and smooth operation.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Interface
with facility tenants when necessary. Confer with owners regarding planning, administration, and budgets for
equipment and supplies. Oversee construction and renovation projects to ensure that facilities meet
environmental, health, and security standards.
